According to Downdetector, more than thousands of users of Reliance Jio have reported disruptions with phone calls and internet connectivity. It is said that over 72 percent of reports are for the calls and 11 percent are about Jio internet not working. It is also revealed that users faced the problem around 4 p.m.
The telecom network has not acknowledged this at the time of writing this article. It is worth mentioning that the problem seems to happen at specific locations, as users complain about the server in Madhya Pradesh.
