The package comes with the coverage of Rs 1,00,000 for death and Rs 25,000 for disability resulting from hospitalisation within 30 days of the recharge. The prepaid plan also comes with 28 days of validity and the insurance validity of the package is 30 days.
While the Rs 399 package features 2GB data per day and the package also offers 100 SMS per day and unlimited voice calls. It covers amount for hospitalisation worth Rs 25,000, while for death, the insurance is Rs 1,00,000. The package validity is 28 days and the insurance validity is 30 days
Finally, Rs 999 which is the most expensive plan and the same features 1.5GB data per day, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calling. The coverage for hospitalisation of this package is Rs 25,000, while for death, it stands at Rs 1,00,000. The validity of the package is 80 days and the validity of the insurance is 90 days.
Users also need to permit Airtel to share their personal information with ICICI Lombard for the Group Safeguard Accident Insurance Policy. It is also worth mentioning that you need to claim the insurance within 48 hours and you can submit the claim by heading to the official website of Airtel and you need to login to your account.
