Just a couple of weeks ago, the Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi introduced the latest and greatest Xiaomi 14 series in the market of China. The smartphone series comes with multiple specialties including the first ever devices to feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor and the devices are also coming with the new HyperOS which is the new custom skin of the company based on the Android 14 operating system.
Now the Xiaomi 14 smartphone appears on the Indian certification platform Bureau of Indian Standards. The listing is not offering any information about the device but this is enough to believe that the Chinese company will be launching the phone in India very soon.

Specifications of Xiaomi 14
The device is IP68-certified dust and water-resistant and the same also features a metal middle frame. The device comes with a Huaxing C8 AMOLED display and the device has a 6.36-inch screen with a 1.5K resolution. It also features a 120Hz LTPO refresh rate along with 3,000 nits peak brightness and HDR 10+. The screen also features HLG, and Dolby Vision, and it is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. The display is integrated with a fingerprint scanner as well.
Speaking about the photography section, the latest Xiaomi 14 sports Leica-branded cameras and the device features a Vario Summilux aspherical lens that is said to offer enhanced imaging compared to Summicron. The camera setup of the device includes a 50MP Hunter 900 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP OIS-enabled telephoto unit. The sensors feature focal lengths of 23mm, 14mm, and 75mm respectively and the company also offers a variable aperture of f/1.6 to f/2.2. The device also comes with a 32MP front facing camera. The device also features Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers and a 4-mic array capturing sound in 360 degrees while recording a video.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 is powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4 storage. The smartphone features a heat dissipation system using a gas-liquid separation channel design and it houses a 4,610mAh battery along with 90W wired, 50W wireless, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
It runs on the latest HyperOS custom skin which has replaced the MIUI and the custom skin is based on Android 14. Talking about the connectivity options, the latest Xiaomi 14 supports 5G, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1, Bluetooth, an IR Blaster, and an X-Axis linear motor.
