The source does not reveal technical details but it says that the upcoming Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 mobile processor will come with 20 percentage boost in CPU and 40 percentage improvement in GPU compared to the previous generation.
It is expected that the processor will come with 30% boost in AI performance and 12% improvement in power efficiency. The mobile processor is reported to come with a 5G modem with support for Qualcomm’s FastConnect Mobile Connectivity system. It is reported to come with Bluetooth 5.4 and it will feature a triple ISP (Image Signal Processor) along with AI features including AI Remosaic and video retouching.
The mobile processor is also reported to come with Adaptive Perf Engine 3.0 along with VRS Pro for variable rate and AFME for better audio quality. The mobile processor also comes with features like Spatial Audio, Aqstic Speaker Max, and Qualcomm aptX Lossless Audio. The chipset is also reported to support for Generative AI and multi-language translation and transcription.
