The very popular social media platform X has released the new Community Notes feature in India and the same has officially announced by Elon Musk.
The newly added feature will fight against misleading information on the platform and users can apply to contribute to the notes to fact check misleading posts on the board.
It is worth mentioning that the newly added feature comes at the perfect time as we know that the General Elections in India are just around the corner.
Users need to sign up for the program and only eligible users can sign up for the Community Notes feature. You guys can able to check out the rules that you need to meet to become eligible for the program.
Criteria for Community Notes
You should remember that there must be no X Rules violations since January 1, 2023.
You must be signed up on X at least six months ago.
You must have a verified phone number.
Your account must not be connected with other Community Notes accounts.
