Apple Intelligence introduced
Apple Intelligence is the new weapon of Apple to play in the game of artificial intelligence and the same comes with improved Siri which is the digital assistant of the company along with AI features including clean up tool along with the systemwide writing tools and tools for image and video creation. Apple has integrated ChatGPT for its AI features. The new AI features will be supporting with the devices that has the power of A17 Pro, M1, M2, M3, and M4.
Apple announced iOS 18
Apple has introduced the new iOS 18 operating system for iPhone models and it comes with a dedicated gaming mode along with the Apple intelligence. The new operating system also features the capability of app locking and privacy and it also features customizable homescreen. It also brings enhancements to the control Centre as well. You can also move applications around the screen on the home screen as well. Apple has also introduced the message later feature in the iMessage which means you can schedule a message to send it later. The beta version of iOS 18 will be available for the general public next month. It is worth mentioning that the AI features of the iOS 18 will be available from the iPhone 15 Pro series onwards.
Xiaomi 14 Civi goes official in India
The Xiaomi 14 Civi features a 6.55 inch display along with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The device has the power of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core processor along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The processor also comes with a massive boost to AI-based applications. It houses a 4700mAh battery along with 67W fast charging solution. The device also comes with a 4184mm² vapor chamber cooling system and it runs on Android 14 with HyperOS.
It comes with an OIS-stabilized 50MP f/1.63 OmniVision Light Fusion 800 primary sensor with a Leica Summilux lens. Followed by a 50MP Samsung JN1 portrait + telephoto camera with f/1.98 aperture and autofocus along with a 12MP Ultra-wide sensor with a 120° field of view and an f/2.2 aperture. The latest smartphone also features a dual-camera setup including a 32MP main sensor with 78° FOV, f/2.0 aperture, 2X portrait close-up, and autofocus and a 32MP ultra-wide sensor with a 100° ultra-wide viewing angle, 4K ultra-clear image quality. It also features AI distortion correction algorithm, f/2.4 aperture, and EIS video anti-shake. The camera department of the device comes with Leica’s custom tuning and special Leica photography modes.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the device has a starting price of Rs 39,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 512GB version costs Rs 44,999. The device will be available from June 20 in the country.
