The search engine Google usually announces it’s new version of the mobile operating system by the end of August or in the early days of September but this year it did not happen with the Android 14 operating system and we came across reports in the recent past and the same suggested that the operating system will be official on October 4. Well, now the information is confirmed again by a Canadian carrier that confirms the rolling out date of the new version of the Android Operating System. The new launching date is reported by the Canadian carrier Telus by listing when software update rollouts would commence for the devices it sells and the listing says that all Pixel devices starting with the Pixel 4a, “Android U” were listed as going out on October 4.
It is worth mentioning that Android U is the short form of the Android upside down cake which is the internal name of the Android 14. So it is now clear that Google will be announcing the new version of the Android Operating System along with the upcoming Google Pixel 8 series during the highly anticipated Made by Google event.
