Instagram will be placing the song just below your Bio and links. Anyone who visits your profile will see the song and upon pressing the play button, you can be able to listen to that particular song.
You will also get a pop-up menu and when you tap on the same, it will be offering options including share, save, and use the audio. You can even add the song to your Spotify library by linking the account on Instagram as well.
