Microsoft has officially introduced a new application called the Windows app and the same will be available across various platforms including Windows store along with iPhones, Macbooks but it is not available for the Android platform at the time.
The application is the new attempt of Microsoft to enable users to run Windows remotely and the same can be accessed by everyone on any device. The new Windows app with enable you to run Windows on any device through cloud streaming and the application is currently in the preview stage.
It is also confirmed that the latest Windows app can connect to Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft Dev Box, Remote Desktop Services, and remote PCs.
The newly introduced application offers various customization and personalization options including multiple monitor support, custom display resolutions, dynamic display solutions and scaling. The application also features device redirection including webcams, audio, storage devices, and printers. It is also optimized for Microsoft Teams.
