According to the latest information, the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 8400 mobile processor features an octa-core CPU with a 1+3+4 design, and the same is built on TSMC’s 4nm process. It is also said to come with ARM’s Cortex-A725 core which is clocked at over 3GHz.
It is also said that the company will be including three more, each clocked close to 3GHz but slightly lower than the main prime core. It is also said to use three ARM Cortex-A720 cores and the Dimensity 8400 reportedly uses the Arm Immortalis-G925.
