Xiaomi revealed the details of its first ever electric vehicles and Samsung as well as IQOO introduced their new devices and more. iQOO Neo 9 series goes official
The latest iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro smartphones were introduced in China last week and the same feature a 6.78-inch OLED display along with a 144Hz refresh rate. The company offers the devices with iQOO Q1 dedicated chip for enhanced viewing and gaming experience. iQOO Neo 9 series features a 50MP OIS-enabled Sony IMX920 primary camera on the back. The vanilla variant comes with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor while the Pro variant features a 50MP ultra-wide lens. Both devices feature a 16MP front-facing selfie camera on the board.
Under the hood, the iQOO Neo 9 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor while the Neo 9 Pro is powered by a Dimensity 9300 chipset. Both phones come with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The devices also feature a 6K VC liquid cooling 3D heat dissipation system as well. The newly announced iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro smartphones are backed by a massive 5,160mAh battery along with 120W fast charging technology. The devices feature dual speakers, IR Blaster, and X-Axis linear motor. The devices also support WiFi-7. Both devices are running on Android 14 with OriginOS 4 out of the box.
Xiaomi SU7 & SU7 Max EVs unveiled
The Xiaomi SU7 a rear-wheel drive motor features 299 PS output and 400 Nm torque. It does 0-100km/h in 5.28s before reaching a top speed of 210 km/h. The CLTC range is 668 km and the dual-motor version is dubbed SU7 Max and the same has a combined horsepower of 673 hp (495 kW) and a peak torque of 838 Nm. It is claimed that the same can provide an impressive 0 to 100 km/h sprint time of 2.78 seconds. Xiaomi offers its electric vehicles with the 800V Qilin Battery from CATL and the same features a capacity of 101 kWh. The company says that the models can offer a 5-minute charge will be enough to get a range of 220 km, the latest Xiaomi is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 processor along with a 16.1-inch center screen and the same features 3K resolution. The smart driving system is running on two Nvidia Orin X chips with a total computing power of 508 TOPS.
Samsung Galaxy A25 5G launched
The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G smartphone features a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch on the top of the screen and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device comes with the power of the Exynos 1280 mobile processor along with 8GB of RAM on the board and up to 256 GB of internal storage that can be expandable using a micro SD card. The device runs on Android 14 with One UI 6 out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G smartphone features a 13MP front-facing camera while the back panel of the device has an OIS-assisted 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 2MP macro lens. The device houses a large 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging.
BharatGPT is loading
Jio is working on BharatGPT under the leadership of Akash Ambani in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B). The upcoming BharatGPT is a large-scale language model and the company is planning to implement artificial intelligence across its wide range of products and services. It is also confirmed that the company is working on its own television operating system. But we don’t have any information about the operating system at the moment.
Realme teased a new phone
Realme 12 Pro Plus smartphone is believed to be official by the end of next month or February 2024. Now the smartphone brand is teasing a smartphone with a Periscope sensor. Realme did not reveal the name of the device but we believe that the company is adding fuel to the fire of the upcoming Realme 12 series.
