The Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi is currently preparing to launch Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro and the same will be official on October 13 while the Ultra variant of the smartphone series will be official next year. It is said that the camera module of the smartphone will look similar to the previous generation but there will be a slight difference in terms of lens arrangement. The device will come with one lens at the top, while the other three are positioned at the bottom.
The device will be coming with a 200MP periscope telephoto module which is expected to be the same Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor. The device is also expected to come with 1-inch main camera and the same as expected to be a 50MP Sony LYT-900 sensor, with optical image stabilization (OIS).
It is also expected to feature flat edges and a punch-hole cutout and the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC or Snapdragon 8 Elite along with up to 24GB of RAM and a massive 6,200mAh battery. It will be running on Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0 and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to have a 2K display with micro-curvature on all four sides. The device is also expected to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and it will be coming in three material finishes such as plain leather, fiberglass, or ceramic.
