The Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei has officially introduced its new clamshell folding smartphone called the Huawei Nova Flip. The device comes with a 6.94-inch OLED display along with a 4,400mAh battery, and the device also features 50MP dual cameras. The newly announced Huawei Nova Flip come with different materials option including plain leather version and glass back. The Huawei Nova Flip features a 6.94-inch OLED LTPO foldable screen with 2690 x 1136 pixels resolution along with a variable refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz. It can also feature a peak brightness of 1200 nits and the device features 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. The smartphone also comes with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera as well.
Huawei has also introduced the new Huawei Nova Flip with a 2.15-inch OLED cover screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and it features the square-shaped cover screen also features a dual-camera setup. The device has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.56-inch RYYB sensor and an f/1.9 aperture.
The device also features a side-facing fingerprint sensor and the Huawei Nova Flip runs on the Harmony OS 4.2 out of the box. The device is powered by the Kirin 8000 chipset along with 12 GB of RAM and storage options including 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. The device houses a 4,400mAh battery with 66W rapid charging support.
