Till now, you haven’t been able to delete your Threads account without losing the Instagram account but now it is possible as the developers of the platform finally implemented a new change that will enable you to delete your Threads account independently.
The update will be available to everyone and you need to check for the same by opening the App Store or Play Store on your device.
