The Mountain View company Google is reportedly planning to launch a new Chromecast with Google TV and today we got some crucial piece of information about the upcoming gadget. So without making any further delay let’s get into the article to check out the latest information.
According to the latest information, the upcoming device will be coming with a new design language and the company is removing the dongle format. The upcoming Google TV Streamer will be coming with a large form factor along with white pill. It will not feature the plug and play functionality but it will sit on a table similar to any other streaming devices.
The design of the device also features a tilting top section and the back of the device will come with two cables, and the remote of the device will also feature some changes and it will take a similar layout to the Chromecast with Google TV remote. The remote will feature a circular navigation pad and center button. It will also feature dedicated back and home buttons, and the latter button being accented in a grey colour. We will also get the volume control buttons and the remote will also feature a dedicated mute button along with quick launch buttons for YouTube and Netflix. The bottom row of the remote includes the power button and a customizable Magic button.
We don’t have any other information about the device but we believe that the company will be launching the product during the upcoming Google event on August 13.
