Before the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 event, the popular computer maker Dell has announced the refreshed version of its Dell XPS laptops and the same comes with a dedicated button for Microsoft Copilot on the keyboard. Everything about new Dell XPS laptops
The newly announced Dell XPS laptops come in 13 (9340), 14 (9440), and 16-inch (9640) screen sizes. All three variants feature OLED touch and non-touch options. The 13.4 and 14.5-inch models are available in FHD+, QHD+, and 3.2K display resolution options whereas the 16.3-inch XPS model is available in either FHD+ or 4K variant.
The latest Dell XPS laptops feature Gorilla Glass 3 protection for the display and the power button of the computers will work as a fingerprint scanner. All three models come with a glass touchpad that spans across the entire area below the keyboard. They also feature a backlit lattice keyboard with gap-less keys and the company features a new touch function row that will enable you to switch between the media and function keys. The laptops also come with a 1080p webcam and quad speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. The new devices also feature a dedicated button for Copilot on the keyboard and become the first company to feature the same.
Under the hood, the Dell XPS laptops are powered by up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processor paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. The base model has integrated Intel Arc graphics and no dedicated GPU. The new laptop series will be available with up to 64GB LPDDR5x RAM and 4TB SSD storage. The XPS 13 and 14 are backed by a 55 and 69.5WHr battery respectively with a 60W adapter. The XPS 16 comes with a 99.5WHr battery with a 130W adapter.
