The Japanese electronics giant Sony seems to launch 3 new devices in the very popular Sony Xperia series called the Sony Xperia 1 VI, Xperia 5 V & Xperia 10 VI and today we got a new piece of information that reveals RAM options of the devices.
According to the latest information, the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 VI will be available in 12GB and 16GB RAM configurations while the Sony Xperia 5 VI will launch with 8 GB of RAM on the board and the upcoming Sony Xperia 10 VI will launch with 6GB and 8GB RAM.
