We already had the reports of Android Messages coming into the limelight as an integrated web client experience, enabling you to text from the desktop itself. This feature is yet to be launched, but there’s already another news regarding Chrome OS doing the rounds. The news is that Chrome OS will also be getting its own dedicated integration with Messages as well.
Although one mysterious thing over here is that when Android Messages is already pre-planned, then what is the need of Chrome OS message integration. After all, the Chrome OS is built upon the Chrome browser itself which will already have the integration.
This was first spotted at XDA Developers, and even they don’t know what the possible Chrome OS feature might be. For now, the fans and media can cook up their own theories only until we get an official update.
