Instagram one of the most favourite photo sharing application of the planet, continuously bringing new features to give the best for its (daily increasing) users. The developers of the Facebook-owned Instagram has rolled out a new feature to its Stories section, and now it allows you to share your old photos or videos to your stories.
As till date you can only able to share your past 24 hours of photo or video, but with the new update, you can able share your photos and videos on to the Instagram Stories from your gallery app which are more than 24 hours old. Just open the gallery, scroll and find the one you want to share. Moreover, when you select a photo/video which is more than 24 hours old, you will automatically see a sticker which helps you add context to it such as the date on when it was taken.
And if you don’t want to use the stickers, then don’t worry, like other stickers of the app, this sticker can also be rotated and resized. Moreover, you can also remove the date from it if you want.
This new update is started to rolling out as a part of update version 22 for Android and 18 for iOS. So, what’s your thoughts on the new implementation???
