The newly implemented category system divides channels into seven distinct groups including Business, Entertainment, Lifestyle, News and Information, Organisations, People, and Sports. This particular classification is automatically generated by the instant messaging application and the same will eliminate the need for channel owners to manually assign categories.
It will also work like a filter and users can able to quickly find the appropriate channel by selecting the category that is interesting for them.
