It is worth mentioning that Amazon did not reveal the complete features and capabilities of the new operating system. Amazon has introduced the new Vega OS version 1.1 quietly on the latest Amazon Echo Show 5 and the same looks similar to the Amazon Fire OS interface. It is worth mentioning that the new Vega OS will not support Android applications.
The Amazon Echo Show 5 was officially introduced in May 2023 but now the company is shipping the device with the new Vega OS on the board. We can expect that the new operating system will be available across various products of the company including its tablets.
