The source says that the company will enable you to see the new multi window experience with a new tile bar with a small menu that will appear once you tap the small handle.
The menu will feature options for full screen along with the split screen or freedom mode. As soon as you select the freedom mode, Windows can be dragged around and resized freely on your home screen.
