The upcoming iQOO 12 series is making noise on a regular basis and it is also reported that the Chinese company will be launching the flagship offering in India by the end of November or in the early days of December. It is reported that the company will be launching the upcoming iQOO 12 series in the market of China on November 7 and it will be available for purchase from November 11 or the Mega shopping day called Double 11.
The upcoming iQOO 12 Pro smartphone will feature the latest E7 AMOLED display made by Samsung along with curved edges and the device is believed to come with an integrated ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor from Goodix. It is also expected to feature 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.
It is also believed that the iQOO 12 Pro smartphone is reported to come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The source did not reveal any other information about the device but we know that the company will be launching the device with the power of the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
iQOO 12 smartphone will come with a dual-cell 2,440mAh battery on the board and the same will be offering a combined typical capacity of 5,000mAh. It is also reported that the model will also feature 120W fast charging technology.
If the information is correct then the company is downgrading as the predecessors since the iQOO 10 and iQOO 11 Pro models supported 200W fast charging speeds. The new leak also says that the upcoming device will be supporting 50W wireless fast charging support as well.
On the other hand, the upcoming iQOO 12 Pro is reported to pack with a 2,490mAh dual-cell battery and the same might be rated for a 5,100mAh battery. It is also reported that the vanilla and Pro models of the upcoming smartphone series won’t have many differences.
The upcoming iQOO 12 series will come with the colour options including black, white, and red. Interestingly, there is a possibility that the white variant as well and the same might feature a glass back, while the other two colour options of the devices will be coming with a leather-textured rear panel.
