Realme GT 7 Pro goes official in India
The Realme GT 7 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO Samsung Eco2 1.5K OLED display. The device also comes with Dolby Vision, HDR10+ support, up to 6000nits HDR brightness, 120 percent DCI-P2 colour gamut, and 450 PPI. The display of the device features 2000nits global maximum brightness along with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole cutout on the top.
It has the power of the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile processor along with Adreno GPU for graphics. The device also features up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The device is running on the latest Android 15 with Realme UI out of the box. It houses a 5800mAh battery which is down from the Chinese which has a large 6,500mAh silicon-carbon negative electrode battery with 120W fast charging support.
Speaking about the camera department, the newly announced Realme GT 7 Pro features a 50MP IMX906 primary camera with OIS along with a 50MP IMX882 periscope lens and the device also comes with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Realme offers the new flagship smartphone with a 16MP front facing camera.
Realme has introduced the new Realme GT 7 Pro with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor along with an IP69+IP68 rating, Hi-Res audio, OReality Audio, an X-axis linear motor, and dual VC heat dissipation. Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
The device also features Realme’s 11480mm hamen appa² dual VC cooling system to manage heat of the device. It is worth mentioning that the device also comes with a new underwater mode and the same enables to capture images and unlock the device in submerged settings.
PAN card 2.0 incoming
The government of India is bringing the PAN card 2.0 and the same will re-engineer the service procedures of taxpayer registration. It is believed to bring improvements on the portal for applying for new PAN cards along with other services including the capability of accessing tax-related services, and more. Moreover, the upcoming changes will apply to both PAN (Permanent Account Number) and TAN (Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number).
It will also feature a QR code and the same will streamline PAN cards to work as a Common Business Identifier under the government’s Digital India Vision. The newly issued PAN cards will feature the QR code by default while the existing PAN holders will be getting a new option to get a new card with the QR code without any cost.
Redmi K80 Pro unveiled
The Redmi K80 Pro sports a 6.67-inch TCL M9 OLED 2K flat panel along with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device has the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5X memory and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The device comes with a dedicated gaming chipset along with Fury Engine 4.0 for dynamic frequency scaling. The device also features ultra-resolution and ultra-frame gaming with upgraded dual-loop 3D ice-sealed cooling. The device runs on the latest HyperOS 2 which is based on the Android 15 operating system.
It features a 50MP primary sensor (Light Fusion 800) with OIS stabilization and a cinematic dynamic range of 13.2EV along with a 32MP ultra-wide camera (Samsung S5KKD1) offering a 120° field of view and a 50MP floating telephoto lens (Samsung S5KJN5), supporting 2.5x optical zoom, 5x lossless zoom, 20x digital zoom, and macro mode. The device also features a 20MP front camera (Omnivision OV20B40).
The device houses a massive 6000mAh battery along with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The device also features Xiaomi’s Surge G3 fast-charging chip and equips the Surge G1 battery management system. The device also features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor along with IP68 water and dust resistance. The device also supports the Surge T1S signal enhancement chip, equipping support for 19 5G bands.
Oppo Reno 13 series announced
The Oppo Reno 13 features a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Oppo Reno 13 Pro has a 6.83-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED display. Both devices come with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 mobile processor. The vanilla variant comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage while the big brother of the smartphone series comes with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage. The devices also come with a custom X1 network acceleration chip, X-axis linear motors, and a gaming-focused cloud computing private network for ultra-low latency and high-speed gameplay.
The latest Oppo Reno 13 series runs on the Android 15 operating system with ColorOS 15 out of the box. The smartphone series also features live photo sharing with iPhones and popular Chinese applications including Weibo and Douyin will enable you to edit and share live photos with watermarked frames.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Oppo Reno 13 features a dual-camera setup, including a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The device also comes with a 50MP front camera that supports 4K 60fps video recording. While the Oppo Reno 13 Pro comes with a triple-camera system including a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP 3.5X periscope telephoto lens supporting up to 100X digital zoom. The device also comes with the same 50MP front camera and it also comes with advanced features including 4K 60fps video, portrait modes, and AI enhancements.
The vanilla variant houses a 5600mAh battery, while the Reno 13 Pro includes a 5800mAh battery. Both devices feature 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. Having said that, the Oppo Reno 13 Pro also supports 50W AIRVOOC wireless fast charging. The devices feature a premium metallic middle frame along with an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, and dual stereo speakers. The devices also support 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C for connectivity. The devices also come with IP66, IP68, and IP69 for superior dust and water resistance.
Huawei Mate X6 unveiled
The inner display of the device features a 7.93-inch LTPO 2.0 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate While the outer display features a 6.45 inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO 2.0 technology. It runs on the latest HarmonyOS NEXT and it also features the “Airdrop gesture,” which allows you to share media content across devices with a simple hand gesture. The device also comes with an “AI Air Shooting gesture” and the same will allow you to play interactive basketball with the power of AI.
Speaking about the camera setup, the latest Huawei Mate X6 features a 50MP super light zoom RYYB main camera with a 10-speed adjustable aperture and OIS along with a 40MP ultrawide sensor, an infrared sensor, and a 48MP telephoto macro lens with 4x optical zoom. The company has also introduced a Collector’s Edition of the device and it comes with the same specifications as the regular model but the limited edition is having different RAM/storage and an interesting new feature called triple-network satellite support. The regular variant has up to 12 GB of RAM while the special edition has 16GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage.
