The Garmin Fenix 8 features an AMOLED display. The company offers the memory-in-pixel (MIP) display with solar charging for the Fenix 8 Solar model. Both devices come with 47mm and 51mm sizes. However, the Fenix 8 also comes with a smaller 43mm option and the device also features a 1.4-inch display with 454 x 454 pixels resolution.
On the other hand, the Solar Edition comes with a 1.3-inch MIP screen with 260 x 260 pixels resolution. The devices also come with a built-in speaker and microphone. The devices also feature voice assistant and voice note recording, alongside a built-in flashlight.
The latest Garmin Fenix 8 series offers strength training capabilities and QZSS and BEIDOU global navigation systems. The devices also come with a sensor guard and leakproof buttons. You will be getting military standards for durability as well. The vanilla variant will be offering up to 16 days of battery life while the Solar model adds 5 more days.
