The upcoming continue from phone feature is meant for Android devices and the feature is currently in the beta version of the Windows 11 operating system. The new feature will be available in All apps section of the Start menu and the source says that the feature is connecting the device to the PC using the Phone Link app.
But the description is saying that the feature will be enabling users to continue working on a file using the same file on OneDrive which means you can edit your document on your mobile on the go.
