Honor will be launching its new Honor Magic 7 Series in the market of China on October 3 and during the Snapdragon Summit 2024, Honor introduced its vision for an “AI-first ecosystem,” which will be introduced with the upcoming smartphone series and the ecosystem is called the AI Agent.
The upcoming Honor Magic 7 series will be the first to feature its on-device AI Agent under the same is meant for an open ecosystem. It will be working like a personal assistant and the same will be understanding and learning your preferences. The AI Agent of the company can streamline daily tasks and it is capable for organizing notifications.
It is also capable to manage more complex tasks including identifying and canceling unwanted subscriptions across different apps. It has the power of the MagicOS 9.0, and the same is integrated with the functionality that brings a new level of convenience.
The company says that the upcoming devices will be utilising on-device generative AI powered by the SoCs NPU (neural processing unit) for real-time AI graphics rendering. The smartphone brand has collaborated with Qualcomm Technologies and the company is working on a cohesive AI ecosystem through its MagicRing technology that will enable you to experience AI across multiple devices, apps, and services.
