The newly announced Honor Watch 5 sports a curved square 1.85-inch AMOLED display with 450 × 390 pixels resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device also comes with an aluminum alloy front case and a reinforced polymer fiber back case.
It also comes with the proprietary Honor Polaris positioning system and the same features standalone GPS support, it also covers major positioning systems including BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. The device also comes with one-touch health monitoring and the same covers vital data including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, stress, and sleep patterns. The device also features advanced heart-monitoring features to monitor and identify potential health risks.
The latest Honor Watch 5 also comes with eSIM connectivity along with features including Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The device also comes with a 480mAh silicon-carbon anode battery and in eSIM mode, the device can offer up to 10 days while in Bluetooth mode, the device will be offering up to 15 days of battery life.
It also comes with 97 sports modes, including 12 professional modes and 85 custom ones. The device supports an AI fat reduction assistant to support users with weight management by adjusting diet plans and tracking calorie deficits. It also features over 5000 watch faces.
