The Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei has officially introduced a new speaker in the market of China called the Huawei Sound Joy 2, the device is said to provide a powerful audio experience with a focus on both sound quality as well as convenience. The latest Huawei Sound Joy 2 comes in two variants including a Bluetooth version and a smart version. The smart version of the speaker offers additional features like smart home control, voice control, WLAN connectivity, and online music streaming. Both models of the device come with Huawei Sound acoustic architecture and the same features up to 26 hours of battery life.
The new Huawei Sound Joy 2 also comes in a sleek cylindrical design wrapped in durable fabric, the device also comes with an LED light ring that syncs with music. It will also showcase battery and volume levels and the device also supports 40W fast charging via a Type-C port.
The latest Huawei Sound Joy 2 also comes with a quad-unit Huawei Sound system and the same features a 20W full-range speaker, a 10W tweeter, and two passive radiators. The device also comes with the silk diaphragm tweeter and the same offers high frequencies up to 20kHz. It also comes with a maximum volume reaches 85 dBA at a one-meter distance.
The latest Huawei Sound Joy 2 also comes with smart features including the ability to pair two speakers or connect up to 100 speakers and the capability for tap-to-transfer. The device can be controlled via a Huawei smartwatch and the smart speaker is IP67-rated.
The device supports Bluetooth 5.2 (AAC/SBC) and includes 3 microphones for voice pickup, NFC for Huawei Share, and shake-to-pair. The Huawei Sound Joy 2 also features 6 control buttons, Bluetooth calling, and gravity sensors.
The Bluetooth model of the speaker is priced at 999 Yuan while the Smart version comes in at 1199 Yuan. The device is currently available in the market of China.
